CO2: cut and engrave
- Cuts up to 20 mm (0.8 in) basswood or 25 mm (1 in) acrylic in one pass

Branded merch
Keychains, coasters, tags, patches and gifts for your shop, café, team or event. Quoted by a person, usually within one business day. A 50% deposit starts the order. Ship, local pickup or local delivery.

Send us your tumbler, tool, cutting board, leather or sheet stock to engrave or cut. We confirm it's laser-safe before you ship anything.

- PTFE / Teflon, or anything with chlorine, fluorine or bromine
- Galvanized metal
File prep guide
- Cut: SVG or DXF. Draw cut lines as a red stroke (#FF0000), hairline width.
- Engrave shapes or text: SVG with black fills (#000000). Convert text to outlines.
- Cut and engrave: one SVG with both colors.
- Photos and logos: PNG or JPG at 300 DPI or better. Set the width after uploading.
- Draw at real size (mm or inches). Shapes in other colors are ignored. DXF files are cut lines only.
- PDF, AI or EPS? Send them with a quote request and we'll prep them.
Laser questions
How long does it take?
Laser on Demand ships in 7–10 business days, or 3–5 with rush. Branded merch and customer items get a date with the quote.
Is there a minimum?
Yes, $50 per order. The price per piece drops as you order more, so adding pieces is the best value.
Can I pick up?
For branded merch and customer items, yes: local pickup or local delivery. Laser on Demand orders ship.
Do you keep my design?
We keep your files to make and re-make your order, and never reuse or sell them. See our Uploaded File & IP Policy.
