Your designs stay yours
Uploading a file never transfers ownership. You give us a limited license to use it only to quote, make, inspect and ship your order, and any re-orders you ask for.
How files are handled
- Files are measured in your browser when you get an instant price. They are only sent to us when you check out or send a quote request.
- Files are stored in private, access-controlled storage. Only our production team can open them.
- We keep files to handle reprints and re-orders until you ask us to delete them.
- We never reuse, share, sell or publish customer designs, or use them to make products of our own.
NDAs and deletion
We sign NDAs on request before you share files. Email info@moria.group at any time to have your files deleted.
Your promises
You confirm you have the right to have each design manufactured, that it does not infringe anyone's rights, and that it is lawful and not export-controlled, a defense article, a firearm or firearm part, or Controlled Unclassified Information.
Reporting infringement
If you believe a design we've made infringes your rights, email info@moria.group with the details and we'll look into it promptly.
