These terms apply to every order and quote from Moria Manufacturing LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Moria", "we"). By placing an order or requesting a quote you agree to them.
1. Orders and prices
Instant prices are calculated from the files and choices you give us and are confirmed at checkout. If we find that a file can't be made as quoted, we'll contact you before printing; if we can't agree on a fix, we'll refund you in full. Quotes prepared by a person are valid for 30 days unless they say otherwise.
2. Your designs
You keep all rights to your designs. You give us a limited license to use your files only to quote, make, inspect and ship your order and any re-orders you request. You confirm that you own the design or have permission to have it manufactured, that making it does not infringe anyone's rights, and that the parts are lawful and not export-controlled (ITAR/EAR), defense articles, firearms or firearm parts, or Controlled Unclassified Information.
3. Files we keep
We store uploaded files securely to make your order, handle reprints and support re-orders. We never reuse, share or sell customer designs. You can ask us to delete your files at any time, and we sign NDAs on request. See our Uploaded File & IP Policy.
4. The parts we make
3D-printed parts show layer lines and small marks where supports were removed, and dimensions can vary slightly between prints. Unless agreed in writing, parts are not intended for safety-critical, medical, food-contact or load-bearing uses.
5. Payment, shipping and returns
Payments are processed by Stripe. Sales tax is added where required. Shipping, delivery and returns are covered in Shipping & Returns.
6. Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
