What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, company, email, phone and shipping address.
- Your order and quote details, and the 3D files you upload with an order or quote request. Files you only preview in the calculator stay in your browser and never reach us.
- Payment details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- If you join our newsletter: your email address, kept in our own secure database. We never share it.
How we use it
To quote, make, ship and support your orders; to answer your messages; and, only if you sign up, to send our newsletter. We do not sell your personal information.
Who helps us
Stripe (payments and tax), Supabase (secure order database and file storage), Resend (order, quote and newsletter emails), shipping carriers (delivery), and our website host.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. Uploaded files are kept to support reprints and re-orders until you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
Email info@moria.group to see, correct or delete your information, or to have your files deleted. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link.
