How fast will I get my parts?
3D prints ship in 3–4 business days, or the next business day with rush (we take a few each day). Laser orders ship in 7–10 business days, or 3–5 with rush. Delivery time depends on the carrier you choose at checkout; you'll get tracking when it ships.
How much is shipping?
Enter your ZIP code in the calculator for live USPS, UPS and FedEx rates. You choose the speed at checkout.
Can I re-order the same parts?
Yes. Open My Orders, sign in with the link we email you, and click Order again. Your files are already saved.
What files can I upload?
3D models in STL, 3MF and OBJ, and laser designs in SVG, DXF, PNG and JPG, get an instant price. STEP files, drawings and anything else: use Request a quote.
How is my price worked out?
From your part's size, volume, material, finish, quantity and delivery speed. More copies lower the price per part, and the calculator shows you how much.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, a $50 minimum per order. Add a few more pieces to make the most of it.
Resin or FDM: which should I choose?
Resin for fine detail and smooth surfaces (miniatures, models, prototypes you'll show). FDM for strong, larger, economical parts (brackets, enclosures, fixtures). Not sure? Chat with us.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes, by quote. Tick "Shipping outside the US" in the calculator, or request a quote.
Are my files safe?
Yes. Files are stored privately, used only to make your order, and never reused, shared or sold. We sign NDAs and delete files on request. See our Uploaded File & IP Policy.
Can you print parts that may be export-controlled or regulated?
Those need a conversation first. Please don't upload them to the instant quote. Chat with us and we'll talk it through.
Do you do bulk, wholesale or fulfillment?
Yes. Production runs get volume pricing, and our e-commerce fulfillment service prints and ships your store's orders under your brand.
Can I get another material or color?
Almost certainly. We'll source it. Request a quote and tell us what you need.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us within 7 days with photos and we'll reprint it or refund you. Details in Shipping & Returns.
